To ensure the timely completion of a project, resources have to be planned in due time so that the employees optimally suited for the specific tasks are available. Therefore, special attention has to be given to the selection of the project management.

Delta’s project managers have the expertise required for implementing the software modules selected and are familiar with the business processes in the energy industry and, in particular, in energy trading. They manage the project on behalf of the customer throughout its life cycle and are responsible for its successful completion.
