Hotline and maintenance

 

Customer care and customer satisfaction are given top priority by Delta. Our modern infrastructure allows us to provide fast support in a pragmatic way. The telephone hotline is complemented by remote access to each customer. This permits a rapid response.

 

Monitoring and administration

 

In the operational phase, we support customers by system monitoring, administration and maintenance as well as, upon request, through system tuning, backup and recovery strategies. We offer many of these services via secure remote access — not only in case of emergencies.

 

Stand-by services

 

Delta offers a range of stand-by services in case a problem should arise at a customer’s outside of normal office hours. As needed, these services can be rendered remotely.

 

Maintenance of market format and process changes

 

Delta offers an optional maintenance contract that also covers adjustments to the markets configured in the customer’s portfolio upon changes in the markets (formats and processes).
