IT Services
The IT services department is responsible for all aspects related to Oracle databases within Delta.
Our co-operation with Oracle has been reinforced since we were appointed Oracle Certified Partner. By now, all the members of the IT services team have been certified by Oracle or are currently undergoing certification.
Oracle (Schweiz) GmbH has awarded Delta as “Industry Partner of the Year 2011“, also recognizing Delta is supporting the newest releases of Oracle Software with the solutions ET3000 and DeltaXE, e.g. Oracle Grid Control 11g/12c, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 11gR2 on MS Windows, (Oracle) Linux and Solaris, Oracle Weblogic 11g and Oracle Service Bus 11g.
Our core competence and long-standing experience with Oracle RDBMSs enables us to implement even complex requirements and integrate them into the existing customer infrastructure in a short time. In the operational phase, we support the customers with maintenance services and reviews of existing systems, revision of existing back-up and recovery strategies, tuning, bespoke training courses or system upgrades.
As a partner of Marathon Technologies, we offer cost-efficient software solutions that ensure the high availability of almost all MS Windows environments with limited efforts.
