Traineeships

Delta is aware of the value of highly qualified personnel. We are a committed partner for the training of students.

Young team members, for example from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), complete traineeships with us to prepare for their professional career.

DHBW’s dual study program in Business Information Systems allows for practice-oriented training and, thus, an ideal start to a career. For more than ten years, Delta has been active as a training partner in this field and has made excellent experiences. We open up a future-oriented and varied business area to the students and aim at permanently employing them after their graduation. The theoretical education at the DHBW provides the students with important foundations and advanced know-how. During the practice-oriented training, the students have the basic to apply the knowledge acquired in an interesting working environment.

Apart from traineeships for DHBW students, Delta also offers business informatics students from other universities to complete their practice-oriented term with Delta and thereby get an insight into the processes of software development. The project work completed during the practice-oriented term serves for practicing relevant formal, manual and intellectual techniques. The students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice and thereby gain new insights. Diploma theses may also be developed and written at Delta’s. A practice-oriented diploma thesis gives students the opportunity to start a career at Delta’s.
